Lotta Vital - our dynamic office manager and sourcing specialist. She brings her vibrant nature and innovative drive to our team. Lotta is known for her open-mindedness and sense of humor; she has a passion for fashion, music and design. Having grown up in Zurich, she remains true to her roots in Scuol GR, a community where community and tradition are highly valued. Lotta seamlessly combines her high regard for these values with her enjoyment of the vibrant city life of Zurich.
Lotta completed her commercial training at the Marriott Hotel in 2023, where she honed her skills in management and customer service. This experience allowed her to interact with people from all over the world, which has furthered her understanding of different cultures and unique guest experiences.
Due to her keen interest in fashion, Lotta founded a digital start-up focused on selling second-hand designer handbags. Combining entrepreneurship with her education, she demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills and business acumen and successfully ran the business with enthusiasm and flair.
Lotta's high level of service orientation was also evident in her recent role at the trendy John Baker bakery, where she excelled as a sales talent. Her ability to connect with customers and provide them with a positive experience fits in with ELIGENDO's claim "People make the difference".
